2D Survival game was one of my favorite personal projects where I practiced making inventory and crafting system mechanics turning it into a survival game where the player needs to collect resources to make a campfire and survive the night. 

[Please note] that I did not make the assets for this prototype and so I used a sprite from my favorite survival game Don't starve. 

In this mini game I introduce two types of items: storable– tool (an axe) and placable – items that cannot be contained inside the inventory and has to be placed in the environment (campfire). Required components are visible in the crafting station UI element.

RPG, Survival-crafting and Open World exploration are my favorite game genres  that I would love to explore and create  one day.
